Scope of Services:<\/u> The specific scope of services will be agreed upon between Sapwood and the client. Any additional services or changes to the scope may require a separate agreement or amendment.<\/p>

Payment Terms:<\/u> The payment terms for ERP services will be outlined in the agreement between Sapwood and the client. Payments are typically based on milestones or a predetermined schedule.<\/p>

Cancellation:<\/u> In the event that the client wishes to cancel the ERP services, a written notice of cancellation must be provided to Sapwood. Depending on the stage of the project and any incurred costs, cancellation fees may apply. The specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the agreement.<\/p>

Intellectual Property:<\/u> Any intellectual property rights related to the ERP services, including customizations, developments, or configurations, will remain the property of Sapwood unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.<\/p>
