Product Description: The NFC-powered virtual business cards, referred to as eCards, consist of an NFC tag embedded in a digital business card. The digital business card is a web-based profile containing contact details and relevant information.

NFC Tag: The NFC tag is a microchip that stores information and enables easy contact information sharing through a simple tap.

Order Placement: Customers can place orders for eCards through the company’s website or designated platforms.

Delivery: Delivery is available only locally. The company offers two delivery options: same-day delivery at a cost of 2BD and next-day delivery at a cost of 1.5BD.

Delivery Timeline: For same-day delivery, customers can expect to receive their orders on the same day if the order is placed before the specified cutoff time. For next-day delivery, orders are delivered on the following day.

Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their orders. However, please note that canceled orders are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: The company does not provide refunds for purchased eCards. In the event that the NFC tag does not work, the company will replace the faulty eCard with a functional one.

Product Description: The eMenu system consists of a digital menu accessible through customers’ mobile devices. The eStand, an acrylic stand featuring a printed QR code and NFC tag, is provided to facilitate easy access to the digital menu.

eStand Usage: Customers can conveniently tap their mobile devices on the eStand or scan the QR code to access the digital menu.

Service Description: Sapwood offers comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services to clients. This includes setting up and managing various departments and operations such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Accounts and Bookkeeping, and Inventory Management.

Scope of Services: The specific scope of services will be agreed upon between Sapwood and the client. Any additional services or changes to the scope may require a separate agreement or amendment.

Payment Terms: The payment terms for ERP services will be outlined in the agreement between Sapwood and the client. Payments are typically based on milestones or a predetermined schedule.

Cancellation: In the event that the client wishes to cancel the ERP services, a written notice of cancellation must be provided to Sapwood. Depending on the stage of the project and any incurred costs, cancellation fees may apply. The specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the agreement.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property rights related to the ERP services, including customizations, developments, or configurations, will remain the property of Sapwood unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality: Sapwood and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the ERP services. Both parties shall take reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure.

Limitation of Liability: Sapwood’s liability for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the ERP services is limited to the fees paid by the client for those specific services. Sapwood shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
